Terms of Use

Nuraly is a spiritual companion for daily worship: prayer times, Qur’an, dhikr, duas, Esma, and personal worship journeys. For support, billing, or legal questions, contact us at hello@nuraly.app.

Nuraly is for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the Services lawfully and not to misuse, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to them.

Religious and informational content is provided for general personal guidance. Prayer times, qibla direction, and similar calculations depend on your location, device sensors, and third-party data. They may differ from your local mosque. Please verify when it matters.

Nuraly does not require you to create a username or password. Premium is tied to your Apple ID / App Store account.

Some features require an active Nuraly Premium subscription. Premium may include the full Home experience, Qur’an reading, dhikr, journeys, and other features described in the app at the time of purchase.

We may offer the following paid plans:

• Weekly — billed every week and auto-renews until cancelled.
• Annual — billed every year and auto-renews until cancelled.
• Retention Offer — a promotional Premium subscription that may be shown after you dismiss or decline the standard paywall. The discounted price, billing interval, and renewal terms displayed at checkout apply to that purchase.

Not every plan is available in every country. The price, currency, tax, billing interval, and renewal terms shown on the paywall before you confirm payment are the terms of that purchase. Prices may vary by region.

From time to time we may present a Retention Offer — a limited promotional price for Nuraly Premium. It is optional. Availability, discount, and billing interval are shown before you pay and may change.

• A Retention Offer still unlocks Nuraly Premium for the paid period.
• Unless the checkout screen says otherwise, the subscription auto-renews. After the promotional period it may renew at the then-current standard price for that interval.
• Offers may be capped (for example, how often they are shown) and are not guaranteed.
• Promotional prices generally cannot be combined with other discounts unless we say so at checkout.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account on confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Nuraly cannot cancel an App Store subscription for you. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the following charge. You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.

Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable, including unused time in a billing period.

Refunds for App Store purchases are granted by Apple under Apple’s refund rules. Request them through Apple, not through Nuraly. See our Refund Policy.

If you live in a region with a cooling-off or withdrawal right (for example the EEA/UK), that right applies to the extent the law requires.

The Nuraly name, design, software, and original materials are owned by us or our licensors. Qur’an text, hadith, and similar religious sources are presented for worship and education; underlying texts may be subject to their own licenses or public domain status.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit the Services or our branding without permission, except for personal use of the app as intended.

The Services are provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that prayer times, qibla, or other calculations will be exact in every location.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuraly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may suspend or end access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if we stop offering Nuraly. You may stop using the Services at any time and cancel any auto-renewing subscription as described above.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The English version is the official version.
